One of the world’s most important trees. The wood is used for firewood and timber. The leaves are used as a natural insecticide, also for skin diseases such as scabies. Leaves are also used in soaps, toothpaste, and lotions. The seeds are an important oil source and rich in azadirachtin, one of the most potent insect anti-feedants known.
