Enjoy the natural and pristine setting of The Kampong Botanical Garden for a gentle flow and mediation practice in this beautiful space. This class is designed to balance and relax body and mind.
Beginners welcomed. No previous yoga practice required. Able bodies who can sit on the ground and get up unassisted are recommended.
Please bring your own mat, blocks, towel and water.
Fee: Garden Admission plus minimum $5.00 donation for the instructor.
