Yoga 101: Foundations of Yoga

Saturday, March 16, 2024 | 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.

Curious about Yoga? Join Samantha Reynolds, resident Yoga teacher and practitioner, for an in-depth exploration of the foundations of Yoga. Yoga is often synonymous with cultivating flexibility through poses, but it goes beyond the physical. Yogic practices are a science and technology for turning inward, beyond body and mind. Yoga is for everyday living and it is a holistic approach to wellness.  It encompasses different paths and practices that help in achieving self-realization or union with higher consciousness.
