Plant Description:
From NTBG Acc# 050513. Bob Nishek sn. Catharanthus rosea hybrid. Small shrubs up to 4 ft tall. Multi-branchined at base w branches cascading on ground. Cut stems w/ astringent smell. Most with dark pink corolla, underside of petals white. About 1 in 10 with white flowers and red center. New stems green some with purple, older slight woody tan thin with green below. Fruit cylindrical and paired. Bud upright twisted. Leaves dark green with light green midrib above, below dull med-green w/ raised mid and lat veins.
