Locality:
Up eastern side gulch of main Hanakapiai stream, before Hanakapiai falls. Then up secondary gulch to the right, then next smaller gulch to the right, on left side, just over the ridge starting to go over into the next gulch to the left, about 20 feet away from B 0013.
Plant Description:
Tree with one main trunk. First branching starts about 5 feet up from ground level. HIB WAI HAN IAI B 0014.

10-100 m2
Habitat:
Open canopy growing with mixed native and non-native plant species on rocky substrate with moderate slope.
Associated Species:
W/ Pisonia sandwicensis, Clidemia hirta, Freycinetia arborea, Lantana camara, Cyclosorus parasiticus, Dioscorea sp., Pipturus albidus.
Comments:
This is a HSPC focal species. Plant was flagged and tagged with number HIB WAI HAN IAI B 0014. One voucher specimen and DNA material collected. Tagged on Rubiaceae about 10 feet away.
