Locality:
Locality: Ridge south of Omoa village, leading from coast southeast towards Tefatutea peak.
Plant Description:
Subshrub 0.5 m tall, corolla pink, (also white form). Naturalized.
Habitat:
Steep rocky slopes. In clearings.
Associated Species:
Lower parts with secondary shrubland of Eugenia uniflora, Psidium guajava, Morinda citrifolia, Waltheria tomentosa, Triumfetta, Tephrosia purpurea; upper parts with Dodonaea viscosa, Casuarina equisetifolia & open areas with Melinus.
