Plant Description:
Liana climbing up Diospyros & Chamaesyce. Lvs. dark glossy green above, and light green below. Fruit dark purple when ripe, in strings of up to 3 fruits. Fruts w/ apical point. Lvs. and fruit small. Flw bud orange, inside corolla light yellow. Sap white, sticky. Common on ridges. Accession Data NTBG# 081010.
Habitat:
Remnant patch of lowland mixed mesic forest dominated by Diospyros spp.

Metrosideros, Psydrax,Hibiscus kokio subsp. kokio, Wikstroemia oahuensis, Freycinetia, Pittosporum, Chamaesyce celastroides, Alyxia stellata, Hedyotis acuminata, Ochrosia, Rauvolfia sandwicensis, Cyanea hardyi, C. coriacea, & Pisonia.
