The annual Ulu Cookoff at Kahanu Garden takes place on Thursday, October 12 at the Hana Ballpark.

Prizes for presentation and overall excellents will also be awarded.
All dishes must be entered by 6:00 p.m. for judging. Each dish must include ulu, a detailed recipe and an Aloha Week pin. Please make enough of each dish for 5 judges and community samples. Donʻt miss the cooking demonstration by one of our guest judges before the winners are announced. Ulu is available for pick-up at Kahanu Garden but please call ahead for availability.
