Lawai Valley. Cultivated plants of the Allerton Estate at Lawai Kai. In lawn between house and river.
Plant Description:
Tree of 20 ft., knocked over during Hurricane Iwa, 1982; leaves dull medium green above, dull, paler below; inflorescence pendant; calyx white to cream; buds pale pink; standard cream, wings and keel cream with red veins; not fragrant (9.45 am).
