Think that exercise is not for you? Do you have injuries or arthritis? Do you find working out to be boring? Our new program Off your Rocker may be just for you. Designed to be safe and fun for participants of all fitness levels and ages, our instructor will guide you through modifications for seated and standing poses as needed.

This interactive class will include all the components of a healthy exercise program including strengthening, flexibility, balance, and endurance, all while you enjoy the beauty of The Kampong. The first session will be an introduction and orientation to the program and will be free with admission to the garden.

Wear comfy breathable clothes that allow you to move. Closed toe shoes are required and a reusable water bottle is recommended. No need to bring any equipment, we have what you need!
