Plant Description:
Tree just along edge of trail where ground slopes toward the ocean. Leaves pointed and very shiny/ smooth. New growth light and more yellow in color, with the newest growth at the tips of branches a reddish orange color. Older leaves are frequently covered by black mold. Flowers are white with four petals, many long anthers, and older flowers/ immature fruit show singular long style.
