VINE; woody at base, runs light green to tips. Pubescence present at tips. Pink hues along sun exposed vine. Mild purple hue at node/axil. Thinner than most and tends to climb/twist. LEAF; Petiole runs green, can turn pink if exposed directly to sunlight and has a purple hue where it connects to the leaf blade. Predominant purple midrib and green veins/venules. New growth has purple coloration which fades to light green quickly. TUBER; Skin is white- beige, thick white cortex, lilac flesh
