Plant Description:
A beautiful tree, 60 ft (18.5 m) tall, with an unbranched bole for the first 10 ft. or more and DSH of 55.3 cm. Large spreading crown emerging above the understory dominated by strawberry guava. Buds and flowers, as well as lots of mature fruit present. Much of the fruit distorted by fungal infection, though many healthy seeds remain. Tree climbed to collect seeds for the KDOFAW seed bank and to screen for wilt resistance by HARC.
