Plant Description:
Shrub, 12 ft. on streamside, stems falling. Leaves w/ red midrib, strongly 3 veined, underside leaf wt. w/ green obvious 2nd veination. Flowers spikey along stem.
Associated Species:
Associated w/ Metrosideros polymorpha, Coprosma sp., Ilex anomala, Zanthoxylum, Broussaisia, Phyllostegia w/ hot pink flws. Scavola glabra
