Locality:
Ridge south of Omoa village, leading from coast southeast towards Tefatutea peak. Elev. 5-320 m.
Plant Description:
Shrub, 3m, flowers green, fruits pale green, wings pinkish. Subdominant locally.
Habitat:
Steep rocky slopes
Associated Species:
lower parts with secondary shrubland of Eugenia uniflora, Psidium guajava, Morinda citrifolia, Waltheria tomentosa, Triumfetta, Tephrosia purpurea; upper parts with Dodonea viscosa, Casuarina equisetifolia, & open areas with Melinis.
