Plant Description:
Shrub of 7 ft. Leaves glossy green above, below glossy, slightly paler; young fruits pale whitish-green, glossy; as fruit mature they take on a progressively darker maroon cast.
Habitat:
Stunted vegetation
Associated Species:
dominated by Metrosideros and Dicranopteris with Wikstroemia, Scaevola, Dodonaea, Rubus and Melinus.
