Plant Description:
Clumping rhizomatous herb, pseudostems to 3 m tall, leaves distichous, medium green, blade & sheath glabrous. Inflorescences basal, erect, peduncle bracts brick red, pink white distally, floral bracts light pink w white margins. Cult., seeds coll. Johor Baru, Malaysia (Lorence 10219). NTBG acc. #100521.001
