Plant Description:
Treelet 2 m tall, fruits green. Entire plant with strong anise scent. Occasional locally, endemic.
Habitat:
rain forest with Metrosideros spp. Dominant
Associated Species:
also Antidesma, Syzygium, invaded by strawberry guava, clearings with Dicranopteris.
