Plant Description:
Tree of 10 ft. Bark whitish. Leaves glossy, yellowish-green above, dull green below. Mature fruit dark brown almost black, 1-2 seeded. Common. NTBG acc. #881415
Habitat:
Secondary forest
Associated Species:
dominated by Syzygium cumini, Chrysophyllum oliviforme, Schinus and Psydrax with an understory of Desmodium, Oplismenus and Phymatosorus.
