Windward side of Hauola; upper side of Waiopae Gulch, hiking back up Kehewai Ridge. Elev. 2900-3300 ft.
Plant Description:
ca 10 plants seen along drainage growing w/ Selaginella on seeping walls of basalt; fruit immature; corolla yellow- green; stems 50 cm long, ascending, and winged.
Habitat:
Wet Forest turning into Mesic
Associated Species:
w/ Cheirodendron, Pipturus, Hedyotis, Dubautia.
