Plant Description:
Low subshrub of perennial herb, leaves shiny green, concolorous. Corolla in bud rounded, apex depressed; at anthesis tube greenish white, lobes pale green. Locally abundant on wet, seeping cliff faces, endemic.
Habitat:
undisturbed low wet forest of small, stunted trees & shrubs (Metrosideros, Bobea, Perrottetia, etc.), with ground cover of pteridophytes, Gunnera, Cyrtandra, & Cyanea,
