Plant Description:
Understory tree 8 m tall leaning over stream. Flowers with a yellow corolla. Fruit green, turning red.
Specimen Treatment:
Plants field collected in 70% Isopropyl alcohol
Habitat:
Mixed hardwood forest on the lower slopes of Little Quartz Ridge.
Associated Species:
Forest comprised of mixed hardwood species with and understory of palm species.
