Plant Description:
Tree 2.5 m tall, leaves dark glossy green above, paler beneath. Flowers open ca. 6 pm and last 2 days, with strong, sweet gardenia-like odor, corolla fading yellow. Grown from seed collected in Niuatoputapu, Tonga (where naturalized) in 1987. NTBG acc. #870950.
