North coast, Pelekunu Valley, TNC Preserve land, Manuahi Ridge, trail to Ohialele, west side of ridge.
Plant Description:
One large tree, 20 ft. ht. with flowers and immature fruit.
Habitat:
In Metrosideros-Dicranopteris lowland wet forest.
Associated Species:
With Psychotria, Myrsine, Hedyotis terminalis, Antidesma, Canthium, Syzygium sandwicensis, Perrottetia, Broussaisia, Cyrtandra grayi, Styphelia.
