Plant Description:
Tree approximately 7m tall, lustrous dark green leaves and contrasting light midrib. Flowers creamy white, some on long peduncles. At least 15 pairs of immature green fruits present.

Habitat:
Steep North-facing mid slopes of Lowland Lama/Ohia Mesic Forest with somewhat intact canopy and highly disturbed (grazed) understory.
