Crest of Kalepa Ridge north of Kalepa [peak], open windswept area.
Plant Description:
Abundant groundcover 10 cm tall, forming moors throughout Kalepa Ridge; flowers sweetly fragrant on wind. Stem brown to pale grey. Leaves pale to dark green, glossy, some edged rosy. Flowers: sepals green, all other parts white. Young fruits apple-green, maturing to white with purple blush; taste pleasantly sweet but dry.
