Plant Description:
Upright shrubs to small trees 2-4 m tall, flowers bright orange. Differs in morphology significantly from prostrate coastal form with red flowers. Uncertain if identical with leeward Molokai form. Population of six mature plants and 25 immature plants.
Habitat:
Dodonaea lowland dry shrubland and Diospyros lowland dry forest.
