Up eastern side gulch of main Hanakapiai stream, before Hanakapiai falls. Towards the back of gulch, on the left side then just to the right of ridge where 0001 is located. About 20 feet across side of ridge from 0021. HIB WAI HAN IAI B 0022
Plant Description:
Large shrub to small tree, about 28 feet tall. In bud and flower. White fly and mold under leaves.

Habitat:
Growing with mixed native and non-native plant species, about 20 foot up steep, NW facing slope on side of stream.
Associated Species:
W/ Psidium guajava, Clidemia hirta, Freycinetia arborea, Pisonia sandwicensis, Lantana camara, Antidesma platyphyllum
Comments:
This is a HSPC focal species. Plant was flagged and tagged on an Antidesma platyphyllum one foot from it with number HIB WAI HAN IAI B 0022. Two flowering voucher specimens and DNA material collected.
