Tree about 23 feet tall. In bud, flower and mature and immature fruit.

Habitat:
North facing steep slopes of canyon. Sparse, relict native dry forest trees with weedy under story vegetation and ground cover.
Associated Species:
W/ Lantana camara, Kalanchoe pinnata, Flueggea neowawraea, Rauvolfia sandwicensis, Chrysodracon aurea
Comments:
Collected two voucher specimens and DNA for IMLS project. Also collected 33 seeds for propagation and storage.
