Locality:
On south east facing slope of Puukii Island (with light beacon) in Hana Bay. Near the top of the island.
Plant Description:
Small shrub, about 2 x 2 feet diameter. In bud.
Habitat:
Steep slope with rocky, cinder substrate. About 80% canopy cover.
Associated Species:
W/ Scaevola taccada, Casuarina equisetifolia, and other herbaceous weeds.
Comments:
HSPC focal species. Collected a single voucher specimen and DNA.
