Makaleha Mtns. from Kapahi, end of Kahuna Road, Molepe Ridge Trail, from top of ridge trail into back above bowl and on flats below double peak in area with wet wall.
Plant Description:
5 ft. tall. Petiole, leaf margin and midrib all purple. Bud burst-like configuration purple. Leaf margins w/ serrations more pronounced near apex. 2X branched near base w/ root suckers. No seed. LC# 120425 root suckers (2).
