MAUI: Hana District. Haleakala National Park. `Ohe`o gulch and stream. Elev. 200-800 ft. East fork of `Ohe`o stream.
Plant Description:
Seven shrubs, the largest six ft. high by eight ft. across. Leaves dark green above, paler below. Sterile. With Cordyline, Dioscorea and Psidium.
Associated Species:
Secondary forest dominated by Aleurites with Psidium and Pisonia.
