Plant Description:
Spindly shrub of 7 ft.; leaves dark, dull green above, dull, whitish-green below. Stem green with black spotting. Sterile, common. With bamboo, Pipturus and Ludwigia.
Habitat:
Metrosideros dominated forest.
Associated Species:
with Psidium, Freycinetia, Diplazium, Christella and Pisonia.
