Plant Description:
Tree 12 ft. tall. Next to main trail. Leaves med-green glossy above and lighter below. Fruits yellow. Dark leaf miner tracks on leaves and down midrib. None reared out.
Habitat:
Mesic Mixed Forest, ridges w/ forestry plantings
Associated Species:
W/ Metrosideros, Antidesma, Clidemia, Scaevola, Coprosma, Psydrax, Bobea, Schinus, Leptocaphylla.
