Ethnobotanical Notes:
Inner bark. Antidiarrheal. Scrape some of the inner bark off, wrap in a piece of cloth and squeeze in a cup of water. Drink until it cures the diarrhea. Informant: Sihter Silbanuz, Pohnpei, PICS chief cook.
