Plant Description:
Shrub to 2 feet. Leaves glabrous, green with black spots on surface of leaves. Waxy on the adaxial surface and matte on the abaxial surface. Yellowish-green midvein and margin. In flower, flowers bright yellow, glabrous, and waxy. No scent at 3 PM.

Dicranopteris-Machereina Windswept Ridge
Associated Species:
Freycinetia arborea, Dicranopteris linearis, Diploterygium pinnatum, Metrosideros polymorpha, Psychotria mariniana, Vaccinium sp., and Clidemia hirta.
