Bark. Antidysenteric. To cure dysentery (bloody diarrhea). Cut the bark, pound and wrap in a piece of cloth, squeeze in cup of water. Drink this amount of medicine everyday until you are cured. Informant: Dores, Loreda & Maria Ladore: Pohnpei. Female.
