Plant Description:
Sparingly branched, upright shrub of 7 ft.; leaves confined to branch tips; dull, dark green above, below paler w/ whitish green midrib; young spines maroon; cyatheal bracts yellow-green w/ reddish tinge becoming dark pinkish-red when mature; cyatheal glands orange-red. Grown from cuttings collected at Plantation Gardens (old Moir Garden).
