Vine with red-tinged trailing stems, corolla limb pale purple, darker purple within. Abundant on ocean side of strand, indigenous. "Fue Moa [Samoan]."
Coastal strand vegetation over coral sand substrate.
Wollastonia biflora, Scaevola taccaca, Vigna marina, Hibiscus tiliaceus, Guettarda speciosa, etc.
