Omao. Abandoned Mac-nut plantation N of Hwy 50, across hwy from Omao Road intersection.
Plant Description:
Tree of 30 ft.; lvs dark glossy green w/ pale green veins, below paler, glaucous grey-green; new lvs and stems pale green tinged maroon; flowers fragrant (10.30a), greenish white. Locally common.
Habitat:
Secondary vegetation.
Associated Species:
W/ Macadamia, Psidium, Cinnamomum, Albizia and Urochloa.
