Vaipae'e: in the back of the valley, 1-2 miles up a dirt road, on the land called
Pahataua, at the building site of Pension Reve Marquisien, found naturalizing on east facing ridge.
Plant Description:
Tree, some up to 4 m tall; leaves large cleft, dark green; male flowers white-green, convolute with yellow stigmatic region; nice fragrance.
