Plant Description:
Population of five plants just below ridge top; leaves glossy medium green above with maroon tinged midvein, below dull pale green; immature fruit glossy pale green.
Associated Species:
dominated by Metrosideros, Antidesma, Syzygium, Tetraplasandra, and Dicranopteris with Perrottetia, Broussaisia, Cyrtandra, and Diplazium.
