KAUAI: Na Pali-Kona Forest Reserve. Waimea District. South fork of Kauhao Valley between Kauhao ridge and Kopakaka ridge. On exposed, near vertical rock face.
Plant Description:
Much branched shrubs. Leaves dark glossy green above, dull, paler below. Midvein sometimes tinted purple. Dried corolla pale purple brown; staminal column straw colored. Not uncommon.
