Locality:
Mt. Haupu, north side of main ridge, just east of Queen Victorias profile, west of gap to Kipu Kai, on cliffs of small subgulch.
Plant Description:
12 plants at this site, with flowers and fruits, plants 1.5-2.5 m. ht. plants scattered on cliff, branched shrubs, leaves elliptic, blades 18cm X 6 cm wide, margins sinuate to dentate, apex acuminate, petioles 11-12 cm
Habitat:
In mix of Alien veg and native.
Associated Species:
w/ Metrosideros, Pandanus tectorius, Sida, Rauvolfia, Alyxia, Hibiscus kokio, Aleurites moluccanam Cordyline fruticosa,Blechnum. Ficus, Psidium guajava.
