Plant Description:
Tree of 25-30'; leaflets dk glossy green w/ whitish-green veins, below dull paler w/ raised whitish veins; inflor. pen dant, corolla deep red w/ yellowish base, filaments deep red calyx pale green w/ yellowish lobes, fruit on peduncles of 2', flattened longitudinally, at least 10" long & 13" around, sausage shaped, woody. Ex Mozambique.
