Locality:
Anangu, ca. 60 km downstream from Coca along the Napo.
Plant Description:
Erect herb to six ft.; leaves dark green with pale green midrib, below glossy grey-green with pale green midrib; inflorescence erect, flat; peduncle pale greenish-yellow; 1st bract: keel green to apex fading yellow then dark scarlet on face w/ narrow yellow band running to dark green margin; upper bracts w/ yellow rachis and bases of bract and keel; face dark scarlet w/ narrow yellow band running to dark green margin; corolla dark green w/ white apex.
