herb or sub-shrub, stems decumbent 2 m green or green-brown, five ray florets 8-10 mm long, ca 10 disk florets, occasional along stream
Habitat:
Relic Metrosideros-Acacia-Dicranopteris lowland wet forest.
Associated Species:
with Psychotria mariniana, Pisonia, Hedyotis terminalis, Cyanea fissa, Pittosporum glabrum, and patches of Piper methysticum.
