Plant Description:
Shrub 1 m tall. Leaves decussate, opposite. Ellow flowers. Achenes dark to black.
Habitat:
Degraded native forest.
Associated Species:
Pandanus tectorius, Metrosideros polymorpha, Diospyros sandwicensis, Santalum, and Bobea mixed with Clusia, Schefflera actinophylla, and Psidium guajaba. Clidemia hirta and Dicranopteris linearis dominant ground cover.
