shrub, 50 cm tall, rounded crown fully branched, brown-gray stems, leaves blue-green or silver-green, dominant on cliff sites
Habitat:
Chamaesyce celastroides var. amplectens - Chenopodium oahuense coastal dry shrubland.
Associated Species:
w/ relictual Diospyros sandwicensis forest, associated with Osteomeles anthyllidifolia, Cassytha filiformis, Artemisia australis, Sida fallax, Schiedea globosa, Plumbago zeylanica, Dianella sandwicensis, Melanthera integrifolia, Lepidium bidentatum var. o-waihiense.
