Ka'uiki, on the eastern side of Hana Ba y. Dominated by Casuarina planted in the late 1930s but with numerous other alien species (Terminalia, Syzygium, Ardisia ). Elev. 0-360 ft.
Plant Description:
Summit area. Tree of 20 ft. Inflorescence terminal; inflores cence branches purple; pedicels purplish-red; fruit dark cor al with 10-11 carpels.
